The Front Desk Reception is a Customer Service focused role.
Job Duties consist of -
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
- Comfort and connect with patients and their guests by being sensitive to their anxieties and needs.
- Being attentive and ensuring resident security and safety- by confirming sign in and out policies being completed.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with coworkers to enhance cohesion of the entire team.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and orderly reception area.
- Answer and route multiple calls to designated stations, provide appropriate information about our facility and coordinate. Family Members, outside staff and Vendors to appropriate locations in the building.
- A clear communicator who is able to build positive relationships with Residents and staff.
- Someone who thrives in a team-centered environment.
- Someone who can work independently with little supervision.
- An individual who considers and responds appropriately to the needs, feelings, and capabilities of different people in different situations; is tactful, compassionate and sensitive, and treats others with respect.
- Hours are Mon-Friday 8am-4pm, Also need to be able to work holidays.
