Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital -
Coordinates transportation, including scheduling and coordination of outside appointments, as required.
Provides transportation to and from appointments.
Confers with the interdisciplinary team on appointment and transportation needs.
Responsible for oversight of all transportation and outside appointment needs in the facility.
Maintains appropriate interpersonal relationships with clients. Relates to clients in a courteous and respectful manner.
Maintains daily vehicle inspection logs and all other required vehicle inspections.
Other duties assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
1. Job related experience preferred.
2. Unrestricted commercial driver's license required.
3. Attends annual vehicle safety in-service.
4. CPR certified.
