Role Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in administering medications to residents on your assigned unit, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, and other appointments by transporting them safely and on time.
- Precisely prepare and administer medications, verifying they are given to the correct resident at the right time, in the correct dosage, and via the appropriate route.
- Support residents with their personal hygiene needs, encouraging self-help measures and promoting independence where possible.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to your role as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) during every shift.
- Present a professional image to our residents and their families through your attire, behavior, and communication.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA): You must hold a valid certification in this area.
- English Language Proficiency: The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is essential.
