Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Treat and care for residents with dignity and respect.
- Deliver meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and service.
- Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores or discomfort.
- Monitor vital signs and report observations to nursing and medical staff.
- Assist residents with showers or baths and provide proper skin care.
- Report any skin breakdown or pressure areas promptly.
- Possess reliable transportation and be punctual for assigned shifts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Illinois.
