Housekeeper

Meadowlakes of Statesville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dining rooms, lounges, and hallways.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
• Change bed linens and towels, and replenish supplies as needed.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and respond to their needs and requests with kindness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience, especially in a healthcare or senior living setting, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift items as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
