Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy, and Feed Services.
We are currently seeking a full-time Feed Mill Admin to join the team in Lamberton.
The Feed Mill Admin is an integral part of the Feed Mill team ensuring a high level of customer serve and administrative support for the Feed Mill and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service both on the phone and in person, answering questions and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Accurately record and manage inventory to maintain appropriate product levels onsite.
- Accurately record and process in-stock and special orders.
- Process billing, including all A/R and A/P for the Feed Mill.
- Accurately process transfers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills.
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy, and excellent organization skills.
