Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed services.
We are looking to fill a Tower Attendant/Agronomy role at our Sanborn, MN location.
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated blending system, and blend and load custom fertilizer orders.
- Communicate daily orders with location managers, custom applicators, and tender truck drivers to ensure timely completion.
- Load chemicals and ammonia tanks.
- Apply fertilizer, chemicals, and/or anhydrous ammonia.
- Operate sprayer, floater, tender trucks, and other equipment.
- Pull water tank, anhydrous ammonia tanks, and other equipment.
- Maintain work area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and good working order.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean MVR
- Class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements, or the ability to obtain
- Applicator license, or the ability to obtain
- Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
