Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all cooking equipment and workstations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed.
- Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the highest quality of food service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
