Position Details:

• Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse
• Rotating assignment across households based on staffing needs
• Hours between 3pm and 6am, weekdays and weekends

• Provide primary resident care (assessments, treatments, care planning)
• Administer medications
• Supervise direct care team members
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote person-centered care approaches

Requirements:

• LPN license in Kansas
• High School Diploma or GED
• Flexible scheduling availability
