*Overview*
We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team and support our facility's upkeep and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Duties*
- Assist in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment
- Support facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities as directed
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and management
*Experience*
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance activities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
