Server/Wait Staff

Overview

Are you passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of seniors? Our assisted living community is seeking a dedicated and friendly Server to join our dining team! As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Seniors. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service.

Duties

• Provide exceptional dining service to residents in a warm and respectful manner
• Take orders, serve meals, and ensure resident satisfaction
• Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
• Assist residents with special dietary needs or requests
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to create a positive dining experience
• Build relationships with residents, fostering a welcoming and friendly environment

Experience

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required-willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
