We are looking for a responsible Cemetery Administrative Assistance to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include but not limited to; preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems, daily cash deposits, and data entry. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
The primary focus of the Cemetery Administrative Assistance is to oversee cemetery markers and provide support to the Cemetery Administrator and the cemetery staff.
Must be able to perform / assist with all aspects of office work.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong organizational and clerical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with data entry, filing, and calendar management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in administrative roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
