Responsibilities :
Oversee therapy services amongst multiple California facilities, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance.
Monitor and achieve performance metrics while maintaining resident-centered practices.
Foster collaboration among facility DORs, therapists, and administrators.
Be a resource for professional development, mentorship, and team-building.
Support community outreach efforts and help facilities build strong relationships with their community partners.
Empower and hold accountable the therapy staff with recruitment and retention efforts within their facilities.

Qualifications :
Licensed PT, OT, SLP.
Proven leadership experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting.
