The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department. Act as a primary point of contact for employee HR and payroll inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
- Complete new employee onboarding process, including collecting necessary paperwork and explaining company policies.
- Conduct regular audits
- Maintain accurate employee data including personal information, employment details, benefits selections, and tax withholding information.
- Prepare and file EEO-1 reporting, annually
- Maintain compliance posters and pamphlet supplies
- Translate documents & training materials
- Mail – post office and inter-office mail
- Complete employment verifications
- EDD correspondence
- Maintain Meadowood Phone Directory (monthly)
- Maintain orderliness of the HR office and ensure office supplies are intact

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Education and / or experience : 2 years of administrative support, preferably in HR (or equivalent experience)
Language skills : Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and in writing.
Mathematical skills : Basic math, analysis skills
Computer skills : Strong computer skills, Microsoft programs experience. Payroll and HRS preferred.
Reasoning ability : Capacity to analyze situations critically, apply logic, and make informed decisions by evaluating information and considering various factors.
