Construction- Lead Carpenter, FT

The Position A minimum of 7 years required leading a construction team in residential remodeling and new construction. Must be able to interpret blueprints and construction plans. Communicate effectively with the staff, architects, and other contractors to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations. Knowledge of the construction sequence of refurbishments and new construction projects, preferred. Skilled in carpentry, layout, framing, drywall, tiling, window and door installation, interior/exterior trim work, cabinet installation, demolition, and safety training. Ability to operate power tools and other small equipment.   Hours~ Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. Rates~ $32-$38 an hour.
