Construction Superintendent, Exempt

The Position This opportunity seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to supervise and coordinate the work of construction staff, subcontractors, and vendors. Responsible for hiring and training new employees. Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, layout and scope of approved construction documents. Must possess excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner. Extensive background in Carpentry. A minimum of 10 years is required as a Superintendent. Rate~ This is an exempt position. Pay range $46-$52. Hours~ Monday-Friday, during the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.
