Responsibilities
This role will provide support to the following departments as needed:
Payroll/Personnel
- Open and date stamp mail
- Responsible for maintenance of payroll records
- Attach special notes to pay checks
- Prepare payroll/personnel related surveys and census reports as needed
- Data input for payroll/personnel
Reconciliation Assistant
- Review cashier reports and confirm that company policies and procedures have been complied with
- Input banking deposits for nurseries and verify with bank
- Keep current vehicle registrations
- Catalog tax exempt certificates and updates appropriate customer profiles
- Maintain file of Landscape/Grounds Maintenance customer credits and assist managers/customers with information retrieval
- Maintain/input transfers
- Reports directly to VP of Finance
- All other duties as assigned by supervisors

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
