Learn all aspects of garden center management through our hands-on training program guided by experienced mentors at your local Meadows Farms Nursery. Skills taught will include: plant knowledge, inventory management and maintenance, managing a crew of employees, merchandising, operating equipment, customer relations, and more. Our training program runs from spring through August. Upon successful completion, trainees will be eligible for promotion to an assistant manager position.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
