Position Overview
The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration as well as transportation of residents to and from appointments in a safe and courteous manner.
Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage STNA schedules, manage call-offs, recruit new staff.
- Schedule appointments with physician office for residents as needed.
- Transport residents to and from appointments.
- Schedule transportation through local agency as needed.

Education
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of this state.
Minimum Education and or Experience Requirements:
None. On-the-job training provided.
