The Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community situated on a sprawling 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. We are seeking dedicated and talented CNAs or Caregivers to enhance our vibrant Assisted Living & Memory Care team. What You'll Be Doing
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will provide direct care and assist residents with their activities of daily living. Our commitment to safety and excellence means you’ll receive tailored training and support based on resident needs and acuity. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with meals, showering, and toileting, as well as providing companionship and addressing the diverse needs of our residents.
What You’ll Need
A desire to provide compassionate care, to learn, to grow, and to play a significant role on our passionate Meadows of Napa Valley Team.
Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of California is required, or 1 year of experience in a facility setting as a Caregiver.
Schedule Options
Full-Time : AM (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM); days vary
Wages
CNA : $20.00 - $22.20 per hour, DOE
Caregiver : $17.00 - $18.87 per hour, DOE
