Job Description
The Therapist assesses and facilitates care for assigned patients, participating in treatment and continuing care planning. Responsible for case management for all assigned patients, conducts individual, family, specialized, and group therapy, and shares clinical information with the treatment team and other involved entities as appropriate.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- State licensed
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- CPI Certified
- Valid Drivers License
- Driver Safety Training
- Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health field preferred
