Job Responsibilities
- Assess and facilitate care for assigned patients
- Participate in treatment and continuing care planning
- Conduct individual, family, specialized, and group therapy
- Share clinical information with the treatment team and other involved entities as appropriate
Education And Experience
- Masters Degree in Behavioral Health or related field
- State licensed
- CPR & First Aid Certified
- CPI Certified
- Valid Drivers License
- Driver Safety Training
