Description : Position Summary :
Provide a high level of administrative support for multiple Brokers within the organization including document organization, client communication, transaction coordination, data entry, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Organizing and maintaining real estate contracts, property listings, client files, and other important paperwork.
- Answering client inquiries, providing updates on transactions, and coordinating communications between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling inspections, appraisals and closings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and submitted on time.
- Inputting transaction details in the company CRM, generating reports on sales activity and marketing trends.
- Scheduling meetings, handling incoming calls and maintaining the overall efficiency of the brokerage department.
- Ensuring adherence to real estate regulations and licensing requirements.
- Assist with marketing materials, property listings, and promotional activities.
- Assist brokerage team with collection efforts, as needed.
