We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to join our Labor and Delivery department. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and take decisive action is essential.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide patient care in accordance with the established scope of practice, standards, policies, values, and mission of our organization.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required one month from hire date
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required six months from hire date
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required six months from hire date
Required Licenses:
Registered Nurse
Must have Valid Kentucky RN License OR compact state
