What are the responsibilities and job description for the ANALYST IS CLINICAL position at MEADVILLE MEDICAL CENTER?
Supports Meditech application software with a firm understanding of module functionality and integration as it related to acute, oncology, and provider office clinical workflows.
Communicates with Analysts on key issues ensuring systems are working effectively with the many other Meditech based modules.
Consult with department liaisons to analyze processes and recommend automated solutions and best practices to meet objectives.
Creates and maintains dictionaries, customer defined screens, parameters and assists with development of custom reports.
Provide application support by troubleshooting issues. Communicates issues to vendors and coordinates delivery of software fixes.
Performs testing of incoming changes to computer system to ensure minimal interruption of workflow and/or provide sufficient training of updates to end-users.
Effectively communicates project status updates to Team Lead and Director.
Demonstrates the ability to set priorities and completes assignments within acceptable time limits.
Assist in Meditech application training.
Operate and manage desktop PC.
