• Collect blood samples and other specimens from patients in a professional and timely manner
• Perform clerical, receptionist, and customer service duties
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulations and policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
**Requirements:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Training in phlebotomy or medical assistant course preferred
• Previous experience in phlebotomy and direct patient care preferred
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider card
• Stroke education required (refer to Administrative Policy A-148)
