- Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, trimming, and finishing work as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately.
- Engage in water damage restoration activities, including assessing damage and implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks, ensuring safety and precision in all operations.
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and finish on projects.
- Lay tile according to design specifications, maintaining quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with team members on restoration projects within the restoration industry, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields such as carpentry or maintenance person services.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
