Responsibilities:
- Analyze Client Needs: Understand client requirements and market trends in the fitness industry to provide tailored solutions that align with their needs and promote customer satisfaction.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide exceptional service, and ensure their needs are met throughout their engagement with Meal Prep Sunday.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth by providing consistent and proactive support.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
- CRM Utilization: Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, manage client data, and monitor progress to enhance client experience and retention.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service throughout the client lifecycle, addressing any issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Fitness Industry: Preferred background in the fitness industry or a related field, with an understanding of client relationship management.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of SaaS Products: Familiarity with SaaS products and services is a plus, helping to understand and align client needs with our offerings.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business decisions and create tailored client solutions.
