Overview
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our team as independent contractors. This role offers a flexible schedule, making it the perfect side hustle for those who already have a day job or other commitments.

Most commercial cleaning shifts are scheduled overnight or on weekends.

Residential cleanings are scheduled based on your availability.

You’ll receive ongoing shifts, providing a steady stream of work opportunities.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to uphold health and safety standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of work.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment is a plus.
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients courteously.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or tasks as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
