We are currently seeking a Landscape Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Position Overview :
The Landscape Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production and execution of landscape projects. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and experience in landscape operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, results-driven professional who can manage multiple teams, schedule resources, and ensure all projects are completed to client specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Create and manage schedules and assign tasks, and revise as needed in Aspire.
- Manage and supervise landscape crews, ensuring they are adequately trained and equipped to perform tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager, Purchaser, and other departments to ensure resource availability, scheduling, and effective project execution.
- Review project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that the proper materials and equipment are available for each project.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being performed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope in a professional manner.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations, ensuring that all personnel are working in a safe and compliant manner.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to upper management on the status of ongoing projects.
- Troubleshoot issues on the job site, including delays, equipment malfunctions, or labor challenges.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports, including project status, team performance, and material usage.
