- Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify, pursue, and close commercial maintenance contracts with businesses, HOAs, and municipalities.
- Master the Sales Process: Use strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach to dominate the market.
- Be the Face of Mean Green: Cultivate strong relationships and maintain a 95% client retention rate.
- Drive Revenue: Develop winning proposals, present bids with confidence, and close high-value deals like a pro.
- Collaborate & Win: Work with our marketing and production teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
What Success Looks Like:
- Expand into 3 new regions with signed commercial contracts.
- Manage multiple high-value prospects without missing a beat.
- Consistently exceed sales targets while keeping clients happy.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven track record as a Sales Hunter—someone who smashes quotas and gets results.
- B2B sales expertise, with experience in landscape maintenance, facilities management, or related industries.
- Negotiation skills that can turn a “maybe” into a “yes” before they know what hit them.
- Independent, self-motivated drive—you take action before someone asks.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Suite and (bonus points) Aspire software experience.
