Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will assist with various sales activities and help drive business growth. You will support the sales team in identifying opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and understanding customer needs. This is an excellent entry-level role for someone eager to develop a career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: research and identify potential customers and new business opportunities through online research, social media, and sales databases.
2. Customer Outreach: assist in reaching out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and networking.
3. Product Knowledge: develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and Power Solution services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
4. Sales Support: provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, updating CRM/ERP databases, and coordination follow-ups.
5. Customer Relationship Management: help maintain positive relationships with customers by responding to inquiries, assisting with order processing, and providing basic support.
Job Requirements:
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience in the power supply industry will also be considered.
- Experience: previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus but not required.
· Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the sales field.
