Looking for a Child Care Center Assistant!
Meaningful Beginnings is a child care center (ages 0-5) that specializes in infant / toddler care, preschool, and transitional kindergarten.
We are looking for a facility assistant to help clean and prepare food for the center.
Job Type : Full-time or Part-time
Salary : $19-$24 / hour

Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals to children, adhering to dietary guidelines and food safety standards.
- Maintain a focus on sanitary and safety practices in all food preparation and serving areas.
- Wash and inspect toys regularly, sanitize highchairs, table, chairs, countertops, and sinks to ensure a clean environment for children.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory management.
- Clean and sanitize classrooms and common areas regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash bins at the end of each day and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Requirements :
- Must pass a background check to ensure suitability for working with children.
- Possession of a valid food handlers certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive and proactive attitude towards work.
