Our Behavior Consultants are responsible for completing assessments, program development, implementing of treatment interventions and evaluation. You will have the opportunity to design data collections systems, and interpret data using graphs and data summaries. Collaboration is an important part of our work culture, as a Behavior Consultant, you will complete session notes and work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practice in regards to your clients.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BCBA Certification
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT Certification
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a minimum Master's degree from an accredited college or university. The degree must be in social work, psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA) or special education.
- Experience or training in the field of developmental disabilities.
- Work as a team member within a residential, clinical or community setting.
- Hold a valid driver's license and insurance with $50,000/$100,000 minimum coverage.
- Work with assigned clients as well as the ability to train and mentor others.
