Employment Consultant’s responsibilities include assisting individuals with disabilities find and maintain community integrated employment. Employment Consultants effectively communicate with other professionals and team members, conduct various client assessments, plan and implement appropriate programming, and track and evaluate progress. We offer flexible scheduling that is primarily community-based, as Employment Consultants are working with businesses within our community.
We are currently seeking an individual with experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation, human services, or children/adult support services.

Requirements:
· At least one year experience in the field of developmental disabilities, developing and implementing behavior interventions, client specific programming, and/or working as a team member within vocational rehabilitation, residential, clinical, or educational setting
· Flexibility in working non-traditional hours
· Valid driver's license and insurance with $50,000/$100,000 minimum coverage
· Ability to work with assigned clients as well as the ability to train and mentor others. This may include lifting, transferring, and physical management.
