Summary:
The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ABA clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services. This role includes clinical oversight, staff management, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinic Director ensures that the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
This position is full-time, Monday thru Friday 8:15 AM – 4:15 PM. Flexibility may be needed to meet client or staff needs.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and holds a BCBA
- Must have a valid Rhode Island License - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or willing to obtain one
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ABA services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and clinical best practices.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience as a Clinic Director or similar leadership role.
- Experience with clinic budgeting and financial management.
- Familiarity with ReThink.
- Experience in developing and implementing staff training programs.
