Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager's primary responsibility is to assist our team as we build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients.
This is an in-office position based in our Greenville, SC, location.
Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Ensuring our existing and prospective clients receive exceptional service by:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally and ensuring the caller’s needs are adequately and timely addressed.
- Greeting clients in the office and helping them feel settled and prepared for meetings with their advisor.
- Working with clients in person, over the phone and via email to ensure their cashiering and administrative needs are met and to help answer any questions they may have.
- Processing client paperwork for both routine and complex financial transactions.
Appointment Scheduling and Meeting Preparation:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients and advisors, ensuring efficient use of everyone’s time.
- Assisting advisors as they prepare for client meetings, ensuring any documents and reports needed for the meeting are accurately and timely prepared.
Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other related tasks.
- Assisting with various clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- High attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
