Compensation:
- $75,000 - $90,000 Annually
- Quarterly performance bonus
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6 pm
- Weekends off!

Shop Manager/Customer Service Rep Job Responsibilities:
- Distribute work to the Technicians, track work flow to optimize output and meet promised completion times
- Monitor and assist in the distribution of parts to ensure Technicians have the required parts for job completion
- Mentor apprentice Technicians, manage performance of all Technicians
- Ensure the repair facilities are clean, organized and work is performed in a safe manner
- Shared Management the office's daily operations, including scheduling appointments, providing top-notch customer service, and estimating vehicle repairs, communicating vehicle maintenance and repair needs to customers
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and that their needs are met promptly. Set the expectation for the cost of repairs and when the vehicle will be complete, then meet or exceed this expectation.
- If issues or delays arise, communicate with customers promptly so that you are always meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information, as well as repair and maintenance services performed. This includes maintaining detailed notes on every invoice.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years of Customer Service Management experience is required
- 10 years of Automotive Technician experience is required
- Managing a large, fast paced shop requires the ability to track and manage 100's of variables on a continuous basis, top tier analytical skills are required
- Must have impeccable communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to de-escalate challenging customer conversations and maintain the utmost professionalism throughout.
- Must have a valid driver's license
