Director, Field Operations
The Director is a management role responsible for executing a growth strategy, achieving profit goals, overseeing, and developing a safety culture, operations excellence, and business development in an assigned area or territory with responsibility for a project and/or customer. Manage the profitable growth, and operations with a focus towards safety, customer relations, cost management and innovation. Oversee operational activities to ensure company procedures are followed.
What Do You Offer Us?
Champion and own safety by modeling behaviors, maintaining a drug-free work environment, and performing corrective action when appropriate
Serve as a visible single point of contact with customers, and develop strategic partnerships/relations with subcontractors and vendors
Oversee the execution of field deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements
Manage the planning and executing of projects and contracts by organizing work methods and developing schedules
Oversee the financial components including the development of and execution of revenue growth goals, cost control measures, delivery of margin expectations, and reporting;
Manage and develop labor and employee relations. Develop and maintain relations with labor at the business agent or executive management level.
Manage and operate the business through the company’s core values
Take direction and execute the company vision for the division
Abilities to lead and build a strong team culture
Ability to mentor direct reports for career growth
All other duties as assigned
What We Offer You:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Frequency: Semi-Monthly
Compensation Range: $200,000 - $230,000/year
