Essential Duties
- Supervise, lead, and provide guidance to a team
- Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations. This includes daily tracking of job progress, managing budgets, and handling change order submittals.
- Lead weekly conference calls with project groups
- Ability to develop a strong and trusting relationship with our clients so that conflicts and changes are addressed quickly
- Assist in building the baseline schedule and project budget
- Experience with estimating and BTW preferred.
- Oversee monthly financials, accruals, and forecasting
- Closely communicate with internal support groups
- Resolve escalated issues that require coordination with other departments
- Preform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Key Qualifications
- 6-10 years of proven project management experience
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
- Excellent client and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Primavera
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
