Position: BDC Representative Location: Lubbock, TX Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Schedule appointments for sales and service departments.

• Follow up with potential customers and leads to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, preferred but not necessary.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
