Bariatrics, Podiatry, ENT experience required; Dilation and Curettage L&D skills required. Stryker, Depuy, Zimmer, Synthes equipment experience required; Must have a positive attitude, be willing to work as a team and work hard. Sports injuries, hip fractures. Cerner EMR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious) Job Requirements Driver's License required for all candidates. Must remain active and current during entire assignment. Required for all RN's / LVN's working on an out of state compact license. The state they declare on the form must match the state of the drivers license (or other proof of residency document) and state of the RN / LVN license. Stroke Education CEU's are required for : ER, All Adult ICU's, PCU / Stepdown, MS / Tele, MSTele. Candidates must have 8 total stroke CEU's on file between CEU's, NIH, and Certification (Miscellaneous). Primary Source Verification of license is required. Allied : CL please refer to the Allied Licensure Report in Nova and the Facility Job Descriptions for verifying national and state licenses / certifications required.
