Job Summary
This role requires a Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) with experience in orthopedic and urology procedures. The successful candidate will work in a high-volume hospital setting, performing surgeries on patients with sports injuries, hip fractures, and other complex conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current CSFA certification
- At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to float to other facilities as needed
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NBSTSA certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR
- Stroke Education CEU's
