Meats By Linz is seeking to add additional talent to the Warehouse Team at our Arizona facility!
Job Description:
Full-time in-house warehouseman work eight or more hours per day five days a week. As a full time warehouseman your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Able to stand up during most of the shift
- Able to use computers, handheld scanners, and other technology devices
- Receive, unload, and inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided.
