Our team is looking for an organized and motivated Part-Time Construction Field Administrative Assistant to support our construction management team with clerical, administrative, and general office tasks. You will serve as the communication hub of the office—helping drive efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism in everything you do.

Core Areas of Responsibility
- Answer incoming calls, receive mail/packages, and handle correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with the corporate office on equipment requests and new hire paperwork.
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, copying, ordering supplies, and other project-related tasks.
- Support project management by coordinating meeting logistics, preparing handouts, and making travel arrangements.
- Track, process, and distribute submittals and monthly billings.
- Assist with setting up new projects—digital folder creation, subcontract tracking, insurance, and bond requests.
- Process change orders and maintain subcontractor insurance documentation.
- Support project closeout with collection of lien waivers, affidavits, and warranty documents.
- Maintain and update O&M Manuals.
Skills You Possess
- 3 years of administrative experience; construction office experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred, not required
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems proactively
This is a part-time position based in Great Falls, MT. Hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process.
