Sr. Manager of Clinical Training and Fieldwork Programs
The Sr. Manager of Clinical Training and Fieldwork Programs is responsible for managing a team of trainers and overseeing clinical training and development programs. The role focuses on achieving performance goals, such as enhancing training effectiveness, increasing participant growth in fieldwork programs, and promoting cross-departmental collaboration. Key responsibilities include curriculum oversight, fieldwork program management, and coordination with various departments to ensure comprehensive training opportunities. The director plays a crucial role in leading and inspiring trainers to deliver high-quality training and drive organizational improvement. Travel to learning centers may be required for director-level clinical support and training.

About What You’ll Work On:
Training Programs:
Oversee and Manage all ABA Clinical Training programs and Trainers (RBT, Supervisor, QBS, PFA/SBT, CEU Trainings, Multi-disciplinary Training, SLP/OT Onboarding, etc.).
Lead and collaborate with the marketing department to publish clinical training content (i.e. MeBe RBT YouTube Channel)
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and satisfaction of the clinical training curriculum and trainers.
Maintain BHCOE Clinical Training Standards necessary for Full Accreditation
Conduct 1st Year BCBA Consultation Meetings
Maintain/supervise one case
Fieldwork Programs:
Oversee all current and new Fieldwork Programs:
MeBe Candidate Program participants.
Measure satisfaction and the performance and growth of participants in Fieldwork Programs.
System Oversight:
Oversee and ensure accuracy and accessibility of all Clinical Portals in WeBe (with special focus on ABA).
Monitor the accuracy of clinical content and resources within the Clinical Portals in WeBe, specifically focusing on the ABA-related materials.
Manage the day to day functionality of the MeBe University LMS platform as it relates to Clinical Training Programs (ABA, Speech, and OT)
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate organization-wide multidisciplinary training.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure comprehensive training opportunities are available.
Measure satisfaction and the number of employees and staff members from various departments who participate in multidisciplinary training sessions.
Collect feedback from department heads and participants to measure the perceived impact and value of cross-departmental collaboration in training.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
Minimum 3 years experience developing curriculum and leading a training team
Outstanding interpersonal and operational leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading others
Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
Knowledge and compliance with HIPAA practices

Compensation Range: $90K - $95K
