About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients postoperatively until discharge. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patient care areas, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Monitor patients' vital signs, temperature, cardiac function, and other essential parameters
- Exhibit proper airway management techniques and IV catheter insertion/maintenance/removal skills
- Document head-to-toe evaluations using approved scoring systems
- Provide a comfortable and safe environment for patients and families
