Job Responsibilities
- Set s up, operate s , and monitor s production equipment and processes to maximize productivity .
- Performs audits and e nsure s adherence to safety protocols and quality standards .
- Perform s root cause analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and processes .
- Adjust s machine settings and process parameters as needed .
- Record s production data and maintain s accurate logs .
- Collaborate s with team members to optimize production efficiency .
- Identif ies and report s any issues or deviations in the production process .
- Assist s in implementing process improvements and new technologies and machinery.
- Basic knowledge of assigned production processes and equipment.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
- Some prior experience or training in fabrication preferred but not required .
- Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs /11-27 kgs) material.
- Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
- Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
- May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
