The Role:
We’re looking for a rockstar Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll be the mission control of each project—owning timelines, wrangling logistics, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless execution from kick-off to installation.
This is not a behind-the-desk role. You’ll roll up your sleeves, travel to show sites, and sometimes work weekends to make magic happen.
What You'll Do:
- Manage tradeshow and event projects from concept to completion
- Develop production timelines and coordinate internal and external teams
- Schedule and oversee installs and dismantles
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and fabrication teams to keep everything on track
- Travel on-site to supervise show installations (expect a few weekends and some hustle!)
- Anticipate problems before they happen—and solve them when they do
- Juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities like a pro
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of project management experience in the tradeshow, live events, exhibits, or experiential marketing industry
- Strong organizational and logistical skills—you love a good spreadsheet and a clear calendar
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly
- Experience coordinating vendors, managing production schedules, and working with creative/fabrication teams
- Willingness to travel and work some weekends (especially around big installs)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with industry tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, CAD drawings, or other project management software
- Experience with booth design, permitting, union labor coordination, or freight logistics
- A good eye for design and detail

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
