Position Overview :
Mecca Property Management and FUTR Commercial Advisors are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead our branding, marketing, and growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth across our sister companies. The VP of Marketing will oversee both brand and performance marketing, ensuring alignment between marketing activities and overall company objectives. This position reports directly to the executive leadership team.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement marketing strategies spanning branding, digital marketing, in-person marketing, community connections, and overall brand awareness.
Direct and oversee marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Analyze reports and data to refine and enhance marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
Collaborate with functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with company priorities.
Champion collaboration between marketing and employees to optimize branding, messaging, and company-wide alignment.
Drive brand awareness and engagement through multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, print marketing, billboard marketing, SEO, and design.
Ensure marketing efforts support both Mecca Property Management's Commercial and Multifamily Property Management Services and FUTR Commercial Advisors' commercial real estate transactions.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
Experience in the real estate industry, particularly in multifamily marketing, is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, branding, SEO, and print marketing.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze marketing performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to drive alignment across departments.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and brand strategies.
